At Kitchn Cart, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Request Window
Any issue regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
You may request a return or refund only in the following situations:

One or more items were missing from your package.
Unboxing Video Required
To process any claim, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.

The shipping label.
-
The complete unboxing process.

The damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours along with your unboxing video.
After verification, we will provide either:

A replacement, or
-
A full or partial refund, depending on the case.
Electronic products are not eligible for return or refund due to defects.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will review your claim and, once verified, provide a replacement or refund.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, report it within 48 hours with a complete unboxing video.
If verified, a refund will be issued for the missing item(s).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

The product must be unused.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

All accessories and original contents must be included.

The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not available for:

Used products.

Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.

Products marked as non-returnable.

Electronic products.

Claims submitted after 48 hours.

Claims without a valid unboxing video.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Order Refusal
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order or rejects the parcel after shipment, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting both forward and return shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns or refunds.
Prepaid Orders
All orders placed on Kitchn Cart are prepaid.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved according to this policy.
